Meet Amy Chantra

Owner of AALVO

Pronounced (AL-VOH)

Once upon a time,

I was a design architect at a Houston design firm. I earned my undergraduate degree in interior design, followed by a master’s in architecture. I grinded day and night, checking every box along the way—each one a step closer to what I thought was my “dream.”

But somewhere along the way, I realized that the life I was building no longer felt like my own dream.

I craved true creative freedom and connection.

 I started AALVO in my 9x9 spare bedroom as a creative outlet in 2018, figuring it all out as I went. Connecting with like minded creatives and clients whose heart beats to the same drum. Then, I quit my "dream" in exchange for another dream. In 2021, AALVO became my full time gig and in 2023, with much grit and grind, we opened our studio!

My background in architecture and interior design allows me think of each event as a whole. We craft the design details with careful consideration, translating ideas and requirements into innovative expressions.

I am here to celebrate with you, share your story and express them for the world to see.
