What is your turnaround for custom orders?

CAKE TOPPERS: Once your order is placed, you will receive a design proof within 2-3 days. Once approved, it will take 2-4 days for it to be made and ready to ship. The whole process is about 4-7 days depending on how quickly we get approval. It is important that you respond in a timely manner. 

CUSTOM SIGNS: Once your order is placed, you will receive a design proof within 2-3 days. Once approved, it will take take 5-10 days for it to be made and ready to ship. The whole process is about 7-14 days depending on how quickly we get a response. Time varies depending on the complexity of the design. 

Can you rush an order? 

Yes, we offer rush options for all of our custom products. Pricing varies depending on the product type, please refer to the individual product page for specific rush pricing details.

Expedited shipping is also available for all products.

When will my order be shipped?

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If we are local in Houston, can we pick up our order from you?

Most definitely! Pick ups are by appointment only during our normal business hours. Please schedule an appointment to ensure that we're available!

What is your store's exchange, refund, or return policy?

Due to the small scale of our business and limited stock, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us in writing and provide clear supporting photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If we determine that your product was damaged in transit, we will send a replacement sign free of charge.

Can I reuse my topper and how do I care for it?

Acrylic cake toppers are reusable and can be immersed in warm soapy water and carefully wiped. Please do not place inside the dishwasher. Our Wooden cake toppers have a food safe stake and can be reused. We recommend that you do not submerge in water. Mirrored acrylic scratches easily so please take care when wiping. We recommend you only damp wipe the stake. All cake toppers should be stored in a box to avoid breakage.
